- You must have a site in FortuneCity, within "The Vines" - located in City Pubs.
- Your site must be in compliance with the FortuneCity Page Content Guidelines.
- You must have some means of communication easily accessible to visitors, i.e., email link or email form, ICQ panels, or a guestbook.
- Your site is not under major construction. (90% or more of your site is good to go.)
